HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE
In consideration of being a Full Member, officer, or director of the Caffeine Porsche Club (the "Club"), each individual hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Club, its officers, directors, agents, full members and representatives (collectively referred to as the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages, and judgments, including attorney's fees and costs of any and all litigation (collectively referred to as "Claims"), arising out of or in connection with the individual's participation in Club activities, events, or operations.
The individual expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Club, its members, officers, and directors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property sustained by the individual during Club activities, events, or operations. The individual assumes all risks associated with participation in Club activities and releases the Club and its Indemnified Parties from any and all liability arising therefrom.
Furthermore, the individual agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties against any Claims brought by third parties arising out of the individual's actions, omissions, or conduct in connection with Club activities.
This Hold Harmless clause shall survive the termination of the individual's membership, office, or directorship with the Club. The individual understands and agrees that this indemnification is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law.
By signing below, the undersigned acknowledges that they have read and fully understand this Hold Harmless clause and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
Note - All membership dashboard plaques are to remain property of the "Caffeine Porsche Club". (and will be used for the next paying member taking that numbered spot) The membership plaque is to be promptly surrendered if and when leaving the club for any reason.
By signing this application you agree to all club rules / code of conduct / Charter and give release to have photo's of you and/or your car to be posted and used within social media.
