Code of Conduct

Preamble:

The Caffeine Porsche Club (CPC) is dedicated to fostering a community of automotive enthusiasts who share a passion for Porsche vehicles and a commitment to a respectful and inclusive club environment. Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of conduct, integrity, and sportsmanship in all club-related activities. This Code of Conduct serves as a guide to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all members.

1. Respect and Inclusivity:

Members of the CPC shall treat each other with respect and dignity, irrespective of differences in background, experience, or perspectives. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Members are encouraged to embrace diversity and foster an inclusive community.

2. Responsible Driving:

CPC members shall adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and regulations while operating their Porsche vehicles. Reckless driving, speeding, or engaging in any form of dangerous behavior on public roads is strictly prohibited. Members are encouraged to prioritize safety and demonstrate responsible driving habits during club events.

3. Environmental Stewardship:

CPC recognizes the importance of environmental responsibility. Members are expected to dispose of waste properly, adhere to eco-friendly practices, and minimize the environmental impact of club activities. Respect for the environment is paramount, and members should strive to leave any location in a better state than they found it.

4. Professionalism:

Members shall conduct themselves in a professional manner during all club events and interactions. This includes respecting the property of others, refraining from disruptive behavior, and representing the CPC in a positive light. Members should strive to maintain the reputation of the club and the Porsche brand.

5. Compliance with Club Rules and Policies:

Members are expected to familiarize themselves with and adhere to all CPC rules, policies, and guidelines. Ignorance of the rules does not excuse non-compliance. Violation of club policies may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or expulsion from the club.

6. Alcohol and Substance Use:

The consumption of alcohol or the use of any illegal substances during club events is strictly prohibited. Members are expected to adhere to all relevant laws and prioritize the safety of themselves and others.

7. Confidentiality:

Members shall respect the confidentiality of club discussions, decisions, and any sensitive information shared within the club. Unauthorized sharing of confidential information may result in disciplinary action.

8. Continuous Improvement:

CPC encourages members to actively contribute to the improvement of the club. Constructive feedback is welcomed, and members are urged to engage in open and respectful communication to enhance the overall club experience.

Enforcement:

The CPC Board reserves the right to enforce this Code of Conduct and take appropriate action in response to violations. Members found in violation may be subject to warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the club, depending on the severity and recurrence of the offense.
By becoming a member of the Caffeine Porsche Club, individuals acknowledge their commitment to upholding this Code of Conduct and contributing positively to the club community.
